The Problem:

Gentle and thorough cleaning of car interior and panes is a quite complex task. There is a wide variety of surfaces such as plastics, upholstery, Alcantara, leather, piano lacquers, displays, glass, etc., which have very different requirements on a cleaner and some of which are very sensitive (such as displays and piano lacquers). For this reason, it has not yet been possible to clean all surfaces gently and thoroughly with a cleaner that would also at the same time enable streak-free cleaning of the glass panes (both inside and outside).
